Put It On, Get On With Your Day
Core Metric Life puts the everyday basics — metabolic, energy, sleep, craving and electrolyte support — on a patch you wear for the day instead of a capsule you have to remember at breakfast. One patch, one spot on the arm, and the box actually gets finished.

Milligrams, Not Mystery Blends
Every patch here states what it carries and how much — 6 mg of berberine, 3 mg of melatonin, 1,000 mcg of B12 — instead of hiding it inside a proprietary blend. One patch is one serving, so a 30-count box is exactly a month.

The Box Actually Gets Finished
A capsule gets skipped the first week it becomes inconvenient. A patch goes on clean, dry skin, stays where you put it for the hours it is meant to work and peels off afterwards — no water, no timing around meals, nothing to carry.

Why Choose Core Metric Life?
For people who buy the box and actually get to the end of it.
Stated In Milligrams
What each patch carries is printed on the box, ingredient by ingredient, with no proprietary blend to hide behind.
Nothing To Swallow
A 1.4 inch patch on the upper arm, with no water, no capsule and nothing to mix into a glass.
